Integrated vacuum box helium leak detection and recovery equipment

This equipment can perform dry, non-destructive helium leak detection on household air conditioner components. Utilizing the unique physical properties of helium, a vacuum chamber method is employed. The vacuum chamber is evacuated to ensure the product is not affected by external interference. A certain pressure of helium is introduced into the product, and a helium mass spectrometer leak detector is used to test for helium leaks. The vacuum pressure in the chamber is less than 20Pa, and the leak detection accuracy can reach 5.0E-7Pa·m³/s.

Device Introduction

This device can perform dry, non-destructive helium leak detection on the two components of household air conditioners. Utilizing the unique physical properties of helium, a vacuum chamber method is employed, creating a vacuum in the vacuum chamber to ensure the product is unaffected by external interference. A certain pressure of helium is introduced into the product, and a helium mass spectrometer leak detector is used to test the product for helium leaks. The vacuum pressure in the vacuum chamber is less than 20Pa, and the leak detection accuracy can reach 5.0E-7Pa·m³/s.
