Liquid-Cooled Plate and Corrugated Tube Helium Leak Testing Dedicated Machine

Key words:

Liquid-Cooled Plate and Corrugated Tube Helium Leak Testing Dedicated Machine

Product Details

This equipment enables dry, non-destructive helium leak testing of liquid-cooling plates and corrugated tubes. Leveraging the unique physical properties of helium, the vacuum-chamber method is employed: the vacuum chamber is evacuated to ensure that the test article remains free from external interference. A specified pressure of helium is then introduced into the article, followed by helium leak testing using a helium mass spectrometer. The vacuum chamber is evacuated to a pressure below 20 Pa, achieving a leak detection sensitivity of 1.0 × 10⁻⁸ Pa·m³/s.

Equipment Overview

This equipment enables dry, non-destructive helium leak testing of liquid-cooling plates and corrugated tubes. Main Technical Parameters

1. Operation mode: dual-chamber sliding doors with top-mounted lifting mechanism; manual loading and unloading of parts (in-box inspection); robotic arm loading and unloading can be added.

2. Vacuum chamber volume: 800 mm (length) × 400 mm (width) × 250 mm (depth), 80 L

3. Number of products tested per box: 2

4. Helium charging pressure: 0.3 MPa–1.5 MPa

5. Inspection cycle: 60 seconds per box

6. Detection accuracy: ≤1.0E-8 Pa·m³/s

7. The testing process is fully automated and easy to operate.

8. Cantilever human-machine interface for easy maintenance
