Product Details

This equipment enables dry, non-destructive helium leak testing of water distributors. Leveraging the unique physical properties of helium, the vacuum-chamber method is employed: the vacuum chamber is evacuated to ensure that the product remains free from external interference. A specified pressure of helium is then introduced into the product, and a helium mass spectrometer leak detector is used to perform helium leak testing. The vacuum chamber is evacuated to a pressure below 20 Pa, achieving a leak detection sensitivity of 1.0 × 10⁻⁸ Pa·m³/s.
