Equipment Introduction: This equipment is suitable for dry leak detection of SF6 switchgear and ring main unit. Simultaneously evacuate the workpiece and vacuum box to ensure that the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the workpiece is not greater than 0.05 MPa. Fill the inspected workpiece with helium gas and use the vacuum box method to perform helium mass spectrometry airtightness testing. The device determines whether the inspected workpiece is qualified or unqualified. Then, the helium gas inside the inspected workpiece is recycled and reused, and finally SF6 working gas at the specified pressure is filled into the workpiece.
