This type of equipment can perform dry, non-destructive helium leak detection on automotive fuel tanks. Utilizing the unique physical properties of helium, a vacuum chamber method is employed. The vacuum chamber is evacuated to ensure the product is not affected by external interference. The pressure difference between the inside and outside of the fuel tank is maintained within the allowable range, and a certain pressure of helium is introduced into the product. A helium mass spectrometer leak detector is then used to test for helium leaks. The vacuum chamber pressure is less than 40 Pa after evacuation, with a leak detection accuracy of up to 1.0E-6 Pa·m³/s.

Device Introduction:This device performs dry, non-destructive helium leak detection on automotive fuel tanks. Utilizing the unique physical properties of helium, a vacuum chamber method is employed.
